Frequently asked questions about Status Sports services

When will we receive the tickets?

Official hospitality tickets will be posted to the address provided on your booking form by 1st class recorded delivery, courier or allocated drop of point; 2 weeks prior to the event. Your official stadium tickets will be hand delivered to you on the day of the event.

Can you hand deliver the hospitality tickets?

We can also hand deliver your tickets for a one-off charge of £25.00. You collect your stadium tickets on the day of the game.

What guarantee do you have on the tickets?

Status Sport provide official hospitality tickets only. Status Sports has a large network of officially appointed supply agencies within the UK.

Can I do installment payment for my tickets? If yes, how?

Yes, clients can pay up to 2-3 installments, this will depend on the duration of the event from the time of booking. Installments are structured as on a 50% / 50% basis or 25% / 25%  / 50%.

Is the package price per person or per table?

In general, prices are shown on a per person basis. However, sometimes the price is displayed per facility. All our prices are per person subject to availability.

How do I pay for the package?

There are several methods of payment. All major credit cards are accepted as well as cheques and transfers.

Does the prices include VAT?

All our prices excluded the VAT.

Can you get tickets for events not listed on the website?

We can source hospitality packages for almost any sporting event. Please let us know the event and the number of tickets required as well as information on the day and package required.

How quickly will I be contacted after inputting my initial enquiry?

A member of the Status Sports team will contact you within 24 hrs of your email or phone call.

Is car parking included?

Parking is included with many event packages. However, it very much depends on the venue and the specific parking availability there.

What is the dress code?

We operate a smart casual dress code in some hospitality areas.

What is the booking process?

A booking form will be emailed to you. Please provide full company or personal address details and the name of the guests attending. Complete, sign and return the form to the email address provided. An invoice will be generated and emailed to you once completed. Payment of 50% + VAT is required within 7 days of invoice generation. The remaining amount must be paid 12 weeks before the event. Hospitality tickets will be posted; seating tickets will be collected on the day.
